Shipping Policy

You can choose between UPS and DHL shipments, standard or Express

Order Processing, Delivery Method, and Timing: After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 3 business days is required to review the order. Our products are sent discrete as a registered package that needs a signature upon delivery. Typical shipping times for standard shipping may vary from 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you about the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES

We highly advise you to check the destination country’s law relating to importing these products, such as import taxes, duties and compliance, before placing orders.

Some products may require special licenses or permits and customs clearance fees and we won’t be responsible these requirements and additional import costs.

Please note that you will be responsible for All Taxes and Customs related costs in the destination country.

CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER

If you want to change your order or cancel it, then please contact us as soon as possible! RSO products cannot be refunded anymore after they have been shipped. Unfortunately, when your order has been processed, we cannot change or cancel it anymore.

We can send a replacement parcel in case the parcel is confiscated by the customs
