I really like this product. I normally drink Kiefer milk and take another probiotic. I don't have to drink the Kiefer to have the same relief from female issues I have had for over 20 years. It has been 2 months of GI Repair for me. I also have my son using GI Repair. He has just started so I am waiting to see if it helps with his stomach issues.
